Added 'reverse' property to FileWatcher to emit lines in reverse order (a-la tail -f behavior) Reflect latest changes in A:P:E

Watches for changes file and outputs new added lines (a-la 'tail -f')

To install App::PerlWatcher::Watcher::FileTail, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::PerlWatcher::Watcher::FileTail

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::PerlWatcher::Watcher::FileTail
