The following section contains the changes made - with recent changes in the top.

Release 0.77, 0.78 (February, 2012, Arlin)

10. Maintenance; minor changes in response to bugs

 Affected files:
     - in nextool.pl, more robust processing of name-translation file 
     - in several block parsers, fixed exception-handling for unknown commands
     - other minor changes not recorded here (see cvs logs for files)

Releases 0.74, 0.75 and 0.76 (September 2010, Arlin)

9. Numerous changes in response to bugs, test errors, and test warnings.

 Affected files:
     - in t/nexus_add-otu-clone.t, fixed dependence on Test::Deeply
     - in Util/Logger.pm, fixed incipient bug with UNIVERSAL::isa as function 
     - in t/*.t, removed "use lib" directives (not good practice)
     - in exec/tree2nex.pl fixed syntax error in output file 
     - other changes not recorded here (see cvs logs for files)

8. Reformatted the changes.txt and bugs.txt files to POD format.

7. Moved all the contents of the pod directory to doc directory and removed the pod directory. Now all the documents related to the library are in the doc directory

6. Removed orphan comment in NEXUS/Node.pm ( as indicated by the Test::Pod)

5. Added 'read' method to the NEXUS.pm file and modified 'read_file' arguments.

 Affected files:
     - Input options for NEXUS content as string to the library was added.

4. Added nex2text_tree.pl to the 'exec' directory.

 Affected files:
     - This script converts the newick-foramt in the NEXUS files into a string formatted tree structure.'nex2text_tree -h' for more options and help
     - It also takes the horizontal width for the tree and vertical spacing between the OTUs as input parameters
