Bio-SDRS

Changes for version 0.05 - 2011-07-03

Changed dose output formatting to make it use less precision for comparison purposes. Also, force use of LC_ALL environment variable set to C to make sorting consistent.

Command line script to use Bio::SDRS to run a Signmoidal Dose Response Search.

Perl extension for Sigmoidal Dose Response Search, a tool for characterizing biological responses to compounds.

To install Bio::SDRS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::SDRS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::SDRS
