Represent the position of an atom using internal coordinates and convert it to Cartesian coordinates.

Build a Z-matrix from cartesian coordinates

To install Chemistry::InternalCoords, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chemistry::InternalCoords
