dzil pod coverage tests with configurable parameters

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Pod::Coverage::Configurable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Pod::Coverage::Configurable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
