Release tests making sure all MANIFEST'ed modules pass use_oK()

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::UseAllModules, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::UseAllModules

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::UseAllModules
