To install Dist::Zilla::Role::File::ChangeNotification, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Role::File::ChangeNotification

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Role::File::ChangeNotification
