create_codes - read uncl to create code data

SYNOPSIS

./bin/create_codes.pl

Read UNCL to create codes.txt and codes.dat for further processing

To install create_codes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm create_codes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install create_codes
