Upload handler implementation for Apache.
- onstart - upload has started,
this is the first request that comes thorugh
- onfilename - we have received filename in the disposition header
- onheader - we have a header
- ondata - additional data has come through
- oncancel - the upload was cancelled
- oncomplete - the upload is now complete
Attach the upload handler for POST requests.
Requires the following Apache definition:
