GBPVR-CDBI

Changes for version 0.04 - 2006-03-08

A test from Corion ( http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/294709 ) showed that it (of course) bombs if the actual gbpvr mdb's don't exist ... trapped this error so that test should run cleanly now ..
