Add tests and doc to improve "kwalitee" (already 104.35%)
Add and improve range testing methods in accord with DRY principle and to remove range test from lalo2offset which is called many times when using extractLaLo()

Perl extension that gives read access to GRIB 1 "GRIdded Binary" format Weather data files.

Contains the value of a one or more data type at a given time and geographic location.

Provides methods to iterate through GRIB data in geographic order and to return Geo::ReadGRIB::Place objects for each location.

To install Geo::ReadGRIB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::ReadGRIB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::ReadGRIB
