Changes for version 1.0.1

Cleanup to pass PerlCritic 'harsh'. Made the acknowledgements section geekier. Refactored to use Test::Dist::VersionSync for version checks. Updated module descriptions.

Control how many instances of an application run in parallel, using DBI as the IPC method.

Application identifier that represents the resource that will be limited.

Application instance that represents consumption of the limited resource.

To install IPC::Concurrency::DBI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IPC::Concurrency::DBI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IPC::Concurrency::DBI
