resolves issue in set_lang() method for finding the specs.csv file during pre-install testing - thanks to Slaven Rezic for pointing this out

Retrieve word frequencies and related values and lists from subtitles corpora

To install Lingua::Norms::SUBTLEX, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::Norms::SUBTLEX

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::Norms::SUBTLEX
