ABSTRACT

This module provides a Dumb backend for the Locale::Framework internationalization module.

DESCRIPTION

new() --> Locale::Framework::Dumb

Instantiates a new Locale::Framework::Dumb backend.

translate(language,text) --> string

Returns 'text'.

clear_cache() --> void

Does nothing.
