Add default formatter that can prefix elapsed time (and other stuffs in the future) depending on LOG_PREFIX.

To install Log::Any::Adapter::ScreenColoredLevel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Any::Adapter::ScreenColoredLevel

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Any::Adapter::ScreenColoredLevel
