Asynchronous inclusion for js files, without blocking browser. Dynamic version of tag: "<script src=file.js>"

Name for create JavaScript variables.
Millisecond, delay to load. Some browsers requires js load by setTimeout JS function with a value greater than 10 milliseconds for not blocking. Default is 0.
