use SIGALRM to wait timeout.
When all child processes halted before timeout, finish benchmarking immediately.

To install Parallel::Benchmark, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Parallel::Benchmark

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Parallel::Benchmark
