Simulates an experiment defined in a .bme file ([Typing] section) using a list of loci as reference, and generates a graphical representation.

perl polloc_detect.pl arguments
perl polloc_detect.pl
The arguments must be in the following order:
The configuration file (a .bme or .cfg file).
A path to the GFF file containing the reference loci.
A path to the PNG image to be generated.
All the following arguments will be treated as input files. Each file is assumed to contain a genome (that can contain one or more sequence) in [multi-]fasta format.
Run perl polloc_vntrs.pl without arguments to see the help message.

To install Bio::Polloc, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
