RT::Action::NotifyAtTicketLevel
A subclass of RT::Action::Notify which supports the TicketCc and TicketAdminCc roles in the comma-separated value of "Argument" in RT::ScripAction, in addition to the normal role names. Argument is set in the database via an initialdata file which creates the RT::ScripAction.

Argument
The TicketCc and TicketAdminCc will skip adding any queue watchers to the recipients list.
To install RT::Extension::NotifyBasedOnOwnership, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
