Added a --fast option to speed up conversion. This is done by disabling triggers during conversion, which means you really shouldn't run the conversion while anyone might be using the web app.

To install SilkiX::Converter::Kwiki, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SilkiX::Converter::Kwiki

perl -MCPAN -e shell
