WSDL::Compile::Utils - functions used by WSDL::Compile.
Returns a list of sorted by insertion order attributes with metaclass WSDL::Compile::Meta::Attribute::WSDL for given class meta.
Returns a information of a WSDL::Compile::Meta::Attribute::WSDL attribute needed to create xs:element.
Loads class and returns Moose::Meta::Class object for it.
