Changes for version 0.03 - 2005-12-05

Altered retry mechanism to use Fibonacci numbers for retry intervals. Simplified interface to a retry count instead of a list of periods to wait.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::Retry

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::Retry
