improved documentation near by exported functions if a robots.txt line is only "Disallow:", don't consider it as "Disallow: /"

in lib/WWW/RobotRules/Extended.pm

To install WWW::RobotRules::Extended, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::RobotRules::Extended

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::RobotRules::Extended
