unpar - extract files from a Perl archive
unpar [-d dir] [-cfqv] file [files...]
unpar scans files for Perl archives and extracts the files contained in those archives.
Overwrite existing files.
Change directory to dir before extracting files.
Same as -c.
Shhh!
Print version info and exit.
