Changes for version 1.0.4 - 2019-12-18

Remove harmful and unnecessary code
- There was an unnecessary code block starting with "package CORE::GLOBAL;" in the BEGIN block. This code caused that mistakenly listed CORE::GLOBAL as a dependent package, in MetaCPAN site. This has been removed.
