SYNOPSIS

        amount => 10.00 # Something Math::Currency can parse

    my $result = $bp->handle($charge);

DESCRIPTION

Business::Payment::Processor::Test::Random is test processor that randomly decides if a charge succeeds or fails. This is useful for testing.
