SYNOPSIS

    use DBIx::PLSQLHandler;

    my $plsql_handler = new DBIx::PLSQLHandler(

        connection  => $connection,

        BEGIN
        var1 := :var2 + :var3;
        END;",
    );
    $plsql_handler->execute(var2 => 12, var3 => 8);

    or

    use DBIx::Connection;
