Horris::Connection::Plugin::PeekURL - Fetches Links And Display Some Data On It

This plugin makes Morris react to messages in the form of http://.... Morris will fetch the URL, and display some information on it in the channel.
If the link is a plain HTML, it will try to find out its title by inspecting the content.
If the link is an image, it will display its dimensions.
