WE::Obj::FolderRestr - an object containing other objects
This is the restricted version of WE::Obj::Folder. Restricted means, that only objects of the types WE::Obj::Folder, WE::Obj::Sequence, WE::Obj::LangCluster, WE::Obj::Doc are allowed to be created as children of this folder.
This was the former WE::Obj::Folder. Now WE::Obj::Folder is unrestricted.
