This script is the main entry point to the Perl module WWW::DaysOfWonder::Memoir44. It is providing various subcommands - which list is available with mem44 commands. Each of the commands provides some help when running mem44 help subcommand.

As a general introduction, here's the way to use this program:
mem44 update
This will create (if needed) and populate an internal database with the list & characteristics of all scenarios available online.
