languages.pl - test that every file in the baseline is from some language.
This test will create a list of all the project files and will test that each one of them has a language module which says that it is his and ONLY one which says so...:)...

base_tool.pl - run baseline tools.

aegis_conf_nf.pl - add new files to the baseline.
This script is called by aegis to produce a template for a new file when it is added and that is what is required by it. This currently does special except create a stub file....
