    This class provides a hash of PAUSE IDs and names of CPAN authors who
    have five or more distributions in the CPANTS database.

INSTALLATION
    To install this module, run, after unpacking the tar-ball, the following
    commands:

       perl Makefile.PL
       make
       make test
       make install
