          $self->SUPER::rearrange() stuff has been replaced with a straight
          local copy of CGI::Util's 'rearrange' routine since it was causing
          problems accross installations.

        - Improved HTML->WML conversion slightly.

	- Fixed Makefile.PL to reflect CGI.pm version >= 2.79 requirement
	- While testing $USEXMLPARSER got set to 0 in WML.pm ( Doh!) which
	  turned off using XML all together.  This is not the setting we want. 
      To fix that I changed the it to $USEXMLPARSER=1 so XML is installed 
      by default.
