  memo to self: on debian I installed tcl8.5-dev, tcllib,
  libtk-img-dev, tk-dev, tcl8.5-insighttoolkit3, tcl8.5-kwwidgets,
  tk-tile

  Still one test fails due to missing widget::scrolledwindow

  But Tkx finally passed tests without Tcl::Tk, so some of the
  installations may have been unneeded
