<p>2010 est une année cruciale pour le désarmement nucléaire. Sur la base militaire de Kleine Brogel (Belgique), il y aurait environ 20 armes nucléaires de l'OTAN. Les pilotes belges sont entrainés pour les utiliser. Si nous voulons à jamais se débarrasser de ces armes nucléaires, le gouvernement belge doit prendre des initiatives maintenant. Nous ne faisons pas partie des négociations mais nous pouvons nous assurer que cette stratégie de l'arme nucléaire illégale ne continue pas paisiblement.</p><p><strong>Le 3 avril aura lieu la "Journée européenne d'action" dans le but de bannir les armes nucléaires. <p class="contenttext"><h1>2010: MAINTENANT OU JAMAIS POUR LES ARMES NUCLÉAIRES !</h1><p>La guerre froide est terminée, 20 ans déjà. Un arsenal nucléaire pour contrôler les puissances majeures n'est plus nécessaire. Contre le terrorisme la force de dissuasion comprenant des armes nucléaires n'a aucun but. Les armes nucléaires menacent notre monde. Les neufs pays, qui ensemble possèdent plus de 25.000 armes nucléaires, ne sont pas fidèles à leurs accords s'efforçant à libérer le monde du nucléaire. Certains pays travaillent sur le développement d'armes nucléaires propres.</p><h1>2010: DES NOUVELLES CHANCES POUR LE DÉSARMEMENT NUCLÉAIRE</h1><p>Ce qui a longtemps parut comme un rêve est désormais à notre portée. Même Obama veut s'en débarrasser. Dans un monde où la technologie nucléaire est répandue, il est plus important, pour notre sécurité, de contrôler les armes nucléaires plutôt que de les posséder. Si posséder un large arsenal d'armes nucléaire obstrue le développement d'un fort contrôle sur la technologie nucléaire , même les vétérans de la guerre froide commencent à douter de l'utilisation d'armes nucléaires. Des anciens ministres et politiciens des États-unis, Royaume uni, Allemagne, Italie, Norvège ... Ont ces derniers mois lancé un appel pour un monde sans armes nucléaires. Les ministres des affaires étrangères allemand et norvégien, l'ancien premier ministre hollandais Lubber, ... Ils veulent tous que l'OTAN revoit sa stratégie nucléaire.</p><p>2010 offre les opportunités uniques pour mettre ces déclarations en pratique. En 2010 trois importants évènements seront décisifs pour le futur des armes nucléaires. En effet, les États unis discute d'une nouvelle "Révision de Posture Nucléaire". La révision concerne leur stratégie nucléaire et détermine où seront déployées certaines armes nucléaires. Le rapport final est annoncé pour mars 2010.</p><p>Le 3 mai des accords seront passés lors de la conférence de révision du NPT à New York, pour la prochaine exécution du traité de non-prolifération, le traité qui doit stopper la prolifération d'armes nucléaires et dans lequel les états possédant la bombe promettent de s'en désarmer. Aussi, l'OTAN discute sa stratégie en 2010 pour les dix prochaines années. Cette fois ci, l'OTAN peut choisir de continuer sa politique sans armes nucléaires. Celle ci discutera de sa prochaine stratégie lors d'un sommet de l'OTAN du 19 au 21 novembre au Portugal.</p><h1>2010: LA BELGIQUE ATTEND</h1><p>Dans sa préparation pour la conférence de révision du NPT en mai 2010, la volonté politique européenne semble évoluer à l'encontre des armes nucléaires. Le nouveau gouvernement allemand met la suppression des armes nucléaires américaines dans l'accord gouvernemental. Le gouvernement norvégien commence à engager le débat au sein de l'OTAN. Des dignitaires français s'engagent pour le désarmement nucléaire. Et la Belgique? En novembre dernier Vredesactie a eu une discussion avec le ministre des affaires étrangères Leterme. Le gouvernement belge laisse le gouvernement allemand prendre la dernière décision.</p><p>Même si le contexte politique pour le désarmement nucléaire n'a jamais été aussi favorable, la Belgique a visiblement peur de remettre les armes de l'OTAN en question. On voit qu'il n'y a pas assez d'engagements soutenant les initiatives de désarmement pour ainsi transformer la Conférence de Révision de NPT en succès. Qu'attendons nous ? Si nous voulons que les armes nucléaires disparaissent de Kleine Brogel le gouvernement belge doit prendre des initiatives maintenant. C'est maintenant ou jamais.</p><h1>2010: LE DÉSARMEMENT NUCLÉAIRE EN ACTION</h1><p>Les années passées des milliers de personnes ont pénétré la base militaire de Kleine Brogel et le quartier général de l'OTAN à Bruxelles dans des actions de désobéissance civile. Des milliers plaintes d'officiels ont échoué contre la politique nucléaire de l'OTAN. En 2005 le parlement belge vota une résolution demandant le suppression de ces armes nucléaires. Le gouvernement belge demeure entêté dans le fait de négliger l'appel du parlement. Jusqu'au jour d'aujourd'hui, nos ministres ne prennent pas d'initiatives pour réduire cette stratégie illégale d'armes nucléaires.</p><h1>ACTIONS A FAIRE SOI MÊME</h1><p>On ne prend pas part aux négociations. Nous ne pouvons être d'accord avec les nouveaux traités, mais nous pouvons entraver ces accords d'armes nucléaires, qui loin du public, dans le silence sont exécutés. Nous pouvons être certains que les ministres belges doivent réagir. Nous apportons nos connaissances et expériences de dix années de d'actions. Nous savons où les armes nucléaires sont situées, comment elles sont sécurisées, qui les sécurisent et quelle structure logistique et politique fait en sorte que la politique nucléaire soit toujours d'actualité. Nous savons où nous pouvons agir, comment provoquer des actions et quelles actions sont efficaces. Une journée n'est pas assez, même si importante. Les actions non violentes doivent constamment entraver le fonctionnement de la base. de décembre 2009 jusqu'à la conférence du NPT en mai 2010 nous appelons tous les activistes de tout le pays à aller à Kleine Brogel pour pénétrer, sans violence, la base pour la gêner tout en contournant la sécurité.</p><p><strong>3 avril 2010 : Journée Européenne d'action contre les armes nucléaires.</strong></p><p>3 avril 2010, un mois avant la conférence de révision du NPT des actions massives se dérouleront dans chaque base européenne de l'OTAN disposant d'un arsenal nucléaire en : Allemagne, Pays-bas, France, Italie, Turquie, Royaume uni et Belgique. En Belgique une large action de désobéissance civique fermera la base.</p></p>
