    Output as UTF-8

    Using UTF-8 as I/O layer for STDOUT, although not sure how Spamcop
    website deals with it (Encoding of webpages are always Western as far
    as I checked)

    Converting HTML entities

    When debug is activated, HTML entities are not being converted, so
    they don't look nice in the terminal. :-) Removed <strong> tags too.

    Renamed configuration file

    The expected configuration file is now ".spamcupNG.yml". Fixed the
    README regarding setup procedures. Now waiting CPAN to cleanup the
    mess I did with the distribution name to upload it again. :)
