TODO for spamcupNG project

- allow user to give (regex match?) report addresses where he doesn't want
  reports to be sent
- create RPM/DEB packages
- review HTML parser (use one instead of just regular expressions)
- refactor the SpamcupNG module, some functions are too large and doing too much
