Build instructions:

1. Install the Filter-Rijndael module if not installed already

2. Extract the Filter-Rijndael-0.23.tar.gz into directory Filter-Rijndael-0.23

3. cd Filter-Rijndael-0.23

4. perl Makefile.PL

5. make cperl

6. strip cperl and copy to /usr/bin
