IPC-Concurrency-DBI
IPC::Concurrency::DBI controls how many instances of a given application are allowed to run in parallel, using DBI as the IPC method.
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install
