[Changes for 3.6.16 (DBD::SQLite 1.26_02) - 2009-07-29]

Add this NOTE to DBD::SQLite::Amalgamation's POD:

This module will be obsoleted once Adam Kennedy's release of C<DBD::SQLite>
(which uses amalgamation-style compilation) becomes non-experimental on CPAN.

When that happens, the DBD::SQLite::Amalgamation distribution will simply
depend on the latest C<DBD::SQLite>.
