Timer-Runtime

This module is to be used by only using it as `use Timer::Runtime;".  It will
enclose a perl program in BEGIN and END blocks to calcualate the runtime which
is displayed on STDOUT.  If the program dies, or exits via 'exec' then the END
block won't run and the runtime won't be calculated.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install
