Lingua-BioYaTeA version 0.1

(version of YaTeA - Yet Another Term ExtrActor - tuned for Biomedical
texts)
BioYaTeA is a module implementing a version of the configurable term
extractor YaTeA for biomedical texts. It recognizes term candidates in
corpora. It can also take into account testified terms issued from
terminological resources.
Contains this script :
bioyatea
(see MANIFEST for all the files)
INSTALLATION
It requires Mdoule::Build version 0.28 (at least) and File::chmod
To install this module type the following:
perl Build.PL
Build
Build test
Build install
Or if you like better the "make" program:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
DEPENDENCIES
This module requires these other modules and libraries:
Module::Build
File::chmod
Lingua::YaTeA >= 0.6
If one of those modules are not installed, download it from
http://search.cpan.org and run the installation script (see the
README), or use the cpan command (switch as root or administrator
account if necessary):
cpan module
For instance: cpan Config::General
It will check the dependencies and install the module.
