DESCRIPTION
    Acme::CPANPLUS::Module::With::Failing::Configure::Requires is a fake
    module that has a configure requires module that fails so I can test
    something in CPANPLUS and CPANPLUS::YACSmoke

    No moving parts and nothing to see.
