INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   $ tar -zxvf Business-Tax-VAT-Validation-x.xx.tar.gz
   $ cd  Business-Tax-VAT-Validation-x.xx

   $ perl Makefile.PL
   $ make
   $ make test
   # make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries available at CPAN:

    HTTP::Request::Common
    LWP::UserAgent

TEST SUITE

If you really need to perform distant tests against the VIES interface,
simply copy the test files located into distant_checks/ into "t/" directory
before running "make test".
