Here's my version of ching(6), sligtly cleaned up from the old perl4
one, and with documentation converted to in-line POD.  [Has anyone
written man2pod yet? =)]

The __DATA__ section of the script includes (verbatim) the hexagram
text and ROFF macro files from BSD, and the copyright on them is
unclear.  Did those exist in V7, and is the copyright any clea{r,n}er?
I'd really like to avoid the Obnoxious Advertising Clause if possible,
since I'm not sure I think it's reasonable for PPT code...
