- automate perl -e or -E

- Deal with relative paths?  If things have "./XXXXX" replace "." with 
absolute path of cwd?

- Some sort of SQLite integration?  
  - split output on space and insert?
  - if output is YAML/JSON, insert?

  $ visitcpan --db=output.db --db-input=yaml|json|perl|ini

- explicit "--output|-o" option instead of using "tee"?
