TODO list for Perl module Statistics::RankOrder

- check for data before trying a method
- error checking on input
    - have new() take a list of valid candidates?
    - check judges input for valid candidates
- implement new ranking methods
- allow judge input to come as hash to allow for ties on input
- allow adding multiple judges in one go
- naming judges?
- string with table of results?
