To install (with ExtUtils::MakeMaker):

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install

To install (with Module::Build):

  perl Build.PL
  ./Build
  ./Build test
  ./Build install

This module may require the following other modules:

  Text::Balanced
    - comes with Perl 5.8 and is needed only when using
      SQL::Interpolate with source filtering enabled

  Filter::Simple
    - comes with Perl 5.8, needed only when using
      SQL::Interpolate with source filtering enabled.

  DBI
    - needed by DBIx::Interpolate
