em{Is actually implemented!}  This outputs a proper doctype for your
xml.  I suppose this could also have custom content or something, but
currently it only accepts several names for standard (x)html doctypes.

  .require[=some::plugin]

h1{Calling Functions}

The em{.x} prefix will call an installed handler, either via subref or
via a package.method syntax.

  .x.handler[key=value]{content goes here}

  .x.package.function[key=value]{content goes here}

h1{Thick Bacon}

This quoting is currently the only way to pass content to handlers.

  .js.eval{{{ some javascript in here }}}

And you can also have it on multiple lines, but the '{{{' has to be at
the end of the line on opening and beginning of the line on closing.

  .foo.whatever{{{
    and something or other{in_here}
  }}}
