<p>Create a new literal node for a literal value <em>STRING</em>. Optional datatype URI <em>DATATYPE</em> (RDF::Redland::URI, perl URI or string) and language (xml:lang attribute) <em>XML_LANGUAGE</em> may also be given.</p>
